• Breed: Cross (Quarterhorse/Draft?)
• Height: 15 Hands High
• Color: Bay
• Markings: Two white stockings, a shorter sock, and a beautiful blaze that runs down the front of her face.
• Owner: Julie & Brad Straka (Lease); Julie & Brad have a beautiful farm in Mequon, WI, www.whitehorsefarmwi.com
• Arrived at Three Gaits: December 2007
• School Horse Specialty: Fiona’s size and temperament make her an ideal match with our adult riders who will need a calm and sturdy mount. She has a “take it all in stride” attitude that we absolutely love.
• Previous Life: Julie and Brad acquired Fiona through a PMU horse rescue group.
• Did you know?: We didn’t have a saddle wide enough for Fiona.  Special thanks to Sue and Dirk Racine for purchasing Fiona’s saddle for her. Thanks also to Julie Kaye from County Saddlery for adjusting the saddle (actually Julie adjusts all of our saddles!) to ensure that the saddle is comfortable for Fiona!
